La nouvelle équipe dirigeante vient d’être installée

La Congolaise d’exploitation Minière (COMINIERE SA) vient de se doter d’une nouvelle équipe dirigeante. Après la nomination par le Chef de l’Etat, la nouvelle Présidente du Conseil d’Administration, Lisette Kabanga, est finalement entrée en fonction. Sous la conduite du représentant du Conseil Supérieur du portefeuille, la cérémonie de passation de pouvoir avec le Président ai du Conseil d’Administration sortant, Jacques Mupenda Nkulu, a eu lieu lundi 21 août au siège de la COMINIERE SA à Kinshasa. Toujours à cette cérémonie, les nouveaux membres du Conseil d’Administration et le Directeur Général adjoint ont été installé. Toutefois, il faut aussi signaler que le Chef de l’Etat Félix Tshisekedi a dans son ordonnance confirmé le Celestin Kibeya comme Directeur Général.

« Je rend un vibrant hommage au Chef de l’Etat pour la grande charge nous confier de présider la destinée de cette entreprise de haute portée stratégique qui représente un enjeu majeur pour le développement tant économique que sécuritaire pour notre pays », s’est exprimée la PCA Lisette Kabanga avant de remercier aussi le Premier Ministre, Jean-Michel Sama Lukonde, la Ministre d’Etat en charge du portefeuille, la princesse Adèle Kayinda qui n’a pas tardé d’exécut.
